Bill Russell Design offers a first time free-of-charge consultation followed by documentation of web development & hosting services discussed and an estimate.

A request to cancel project must be made in writing to Bill Russell Design and include the signature of the authoritative client. Bill Russell Design will charge for the number of hours accumulated in project development before the cancellation request is made.
